Billing Specialist

As a Billing Specialist at 8am, you will manage the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and payments while utilizing Stripe for subscription management. Your responsibilities include reconciling transactions, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you'll leverage AI tools to improve workflows and automate processes.
