What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification with Chartered Accountant or CPA preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or audit, preferably with tech startups or fast growth companies
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and SFRS; familiarity with Indian and German accounting standards a plus
  • Proven experience in handling full sets of accounts and financial consolidation
  • Experience in drafting financial statements and forecasting
  • A high degree of ownership, critical thinking, creative and innovative thinker, and deep technical knowledge

  • Experience working with decentralised, cross-functional teams

What the job really is

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy and operations at Affinidi, focusing on financial reporting, planning, and compliance across global entities. You will work closely with stakeholders, oversee accounts payable and treasury functions, ensure tax compliance, and prepare financial reports while contributing to internal controls and annual audits.
