What the job really is

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Acorn Health, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, delivering one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) interventions under the supervision of Behavior Analysts. Your role will involve implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting parent training. You will collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and may work in various settings such as homes, schools, or centers.
