What the job really is

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Acorn Health, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment to children with autism, working under the supervision of Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Your responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting parent training. You will collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality service delivery and may work in various settings, including homes and schools.
