What the job really is

The ACLU-NJ is seeking a Policy Fellow to support the Political Advocacy team by conducting research, drafting memos, and assisting in the planning and execution of policy campaigns. The Fellow will engage with stakeholders, create advocacy materials, and provide administrative support for events. This role is designed for early-career individuals passionate about civil rights and policy reform.
