  • Previous experience in Project Management, a plus

What the job really is

The Certification Program Counselor at Achievement First will support approximately 200 educators in obtaining full certification by managing compliance with state requirements and providing personalized guidance. This role involves facilitating meetings with school leaders, developing certification plans, maintaining progress tracking dashboards, and serving as a liaison with state certification offices. The counselor will also oversee application workflows and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
