What the job really is

The Director of AFB Technologies at AccuWeather will lead the technical strategy and modernization of the AFB web portal, mobile applications, APIs, and data capabilities. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the technology meets enterprise customer needs while driving improvements in security, operational practices, and AI integration. The director will also mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for software delivery and platform health.
