What the job really is

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide L1 technical support for enterprise customers using Abnormal's Cloud Email Security and AI Security Agents. Your day-to-day responsibilities include resolving support tickets related to configuration, API questions, and threat investigations, while collaborating with Engineering and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience and product reliability.
