E-Fulfillment Lead

The E-Fulfillment Lead at ABC Legal Services is responsible for overseeing a team of 10 to 20 E-Fulfillment Specialists, managing daily operations, employee performance, and team training. This role includes conducting performance evaluations, participating in hiring, and acting as a liaison between team members and management. The Lead also works directly on tasks as needed and focuses on continuous improvement of workflows and team efficiency.
