What the job really is

As an Education & Enablement Specialist at ABC Legal Services, you will manage the Education & Training Content Library, ensuring onboarding and training materials are up-to-date. You will also oversee the Knowledge Base, draft communications, and maintain internal enablement resources. This role requires you to run a ticket-theme feedback loop and make decisions on content management while collaborating with your manager on broader strategy changes.
