(Senior) Director, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance Operations

The (Senior) Director of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance Operations will lead the evolution of the drug safety framework during Phase 3, ensuring compliance and scientific integrity. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with external partners, overseeing safety data reviews, managing global pharmacovigilance systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance across various programs. The role also involves developing risk management plans and maintaining safety governance frameworks in partnership with multiple departments.

• Base salary range CAD $160,000 - $200,000 for Director role and CAD $200,000 - $245,000 for Senior Director role
