Sales Trainee

As a Sales Trainee at 3 Day Blinds, you will meet clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments. Your role involves creating design solutions, guiding clients through the buying process, managing your own schedule, and building business through referrals. With company-provided appointments and extensive training, you will have the tools to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

• Uncapped commission with average earnings of $70K–$100K+
