Sales Trainee

As a Sales Trainee at 3 Day Blinds, you'll meet clients in their homes to understand their needs for custom window treatments and guide them through the buying process. You'll manage your own schedule, create tailored design solutions, and build business through referrals and networking, all while receiving company-provided appointments and extensive training to support your success.

• Uncapped commission with average earnings of $70K–$100K+
