Sales Trainee

As a Sales Trainee at 3 Day Blinds, you will meet clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments. Your role involves creating design solutions, guiding clients through the buying process, managing your schedule, and building business through referrals. The position offers a full-time opportunity with extensive training and the potential for high earnings through commissions.

• Uncapped commission with average earnings of $70K–$100K+
