Sales Trainee

As a Sales Trainee at 3 Day Blinds, you will meet clients in their homes to understand their needs for custom window treatments and guide them through the buying process. Your role involves creating design solutions, managing your schedule, and building business through referrals and networking. With company-provided appointments and extensive training, you will have the tools to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

• Uncapped commission with average earnings of $70K–$100K+
