The Lead Producer will be a key leader in the production team, overseeing multiple areas such as concept, modeling, and FX, while defining external development strategies. This role involves managing project strategies, ensuring timely milestone deliveries, and mentoring production talent. The ideal candidate will balance long-term planning with short-term execution, actively mitigating risks and optimizing processes to support team success and project alignment with business goals.
