Lead Producer

The Lead Producer will be a key leader in the production team, responsible for managing multiple areas and crafts, defining external development strategies, and ensuring project success from concept to completion. This role involves strategic planning, risk mitigation, and team communication, as well as mentoring and developing production talent. The ideal candidate will balance long-term strategy with short-term execution and foster a healthy team culture.
