What the job really is

As a Systems Designer at Small Axe Studios, you will design and implement gameplay systems that enhance player experience in a new sports game. Your responsibilities will include balancing game mechanics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting design processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project while working closely with senior designers and other stakeholders.
