As a Benefits Specialist, you will administer and enhance employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with associates. Your responsibilities include managing benefits enrollment, supporting open enrollment, analyzing benefits data, and partnering with various teams to improve processes and associate engagement. You will also serve as a resource for associates and leaders, providing exceptional customer service and benefits support.
